• Working With Children Check (WWCC) documentation
• Driver's licence
• Vehicle registration documents

• Facilitate bookings and connect Customers with Drivers
• Process payments and issue refunds
• Verify Driver documentation and compliance

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share personal information with:

• Drivers: Customer name, pickup/drop-off addresses, and child details necessary to complete a ride
• Customers: Driver name, vehicle details, and licence plate when a ride is accepted
• Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Google Maps (routing)
• Law Enforcement: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Personal information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Our data is hosted on Supabase (cloud infrastructure) with servers located in Australia where possible. Driver documents are stored in private, encrypted storage buckets with time-limited access URLs.

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). BubbaSeat does not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Booking records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Driver documents: Retained for the duration of the Driver's active status plus 2 years
• Customer data: Retained for the duration of account activity plus 2 years
